Even though I asked someone for directions, I still couldn't find the boreen. In the end, I stopped at the house below and asked directions. I was able to walk through the garden to reach the boreen leading to the circle. The owner told me that the mud from the landslide reached the back door of the house (the debris slide all the way into the sea at other points along the hill). In the centre of the picture is a dyke cut to drain away the debris. The photograph is taken from the boreen.
