The stretch of land east of Kilfenora in the Burren National Park is peppered with ancient monuments and settlements. On a back road between the villages of Killnaboy and Carran are a set of cairns, wedge tombs and forts. This gallery only records a few of them (I'll add the pictures of Cathair Comhain in a few weeks) - there's plenty of places to explore in future visits.
