North Atlantic Skyline, despatches from the west of Ireland

At the edge of a lake, there is a shelter. On it is a photograph showing the worst flooding to date, in 1990. This year, a few inches of water has surrounded the shelter but the lake has not yet reached the wall pictured in the centre of the picture above.
