One has to wonder- was it (I assume that gadget is a golf club bag carrier thingie) left by a handicapped golfer? If they're handicapped, how do they lug the golf bag around? Or is that thing a lonely Gadget, that sees in the emblem on the ground it's own true love, and raises it's hands in revelation and glee?
